How To Use

A few pumps after a shower or bath are all you need. To go further, give yourself a simple massage, working towards the heart, long strokes on the limbs and circles on the joints. Put some of the oil in your hands, close your eyes, and soak in the deep and healing aroma. It’s wonderful.

Effective for all skin types. Helps with calming.

Key Ingredients

Champa essential oil smells like magnolia or plumeria, and it’s deeply relaxing, and nourishing and anti-inflammatory. It’s the scent in meditation incense, as it helps create deep peace. There’s healing almond oil made from fresh green almonds, and sage, mint, coconut oil, and of course the Lavender flower. Lavender is an amazing flower, scientifically (and Ayurvedically!) shown to reduce anxiety and depression. It’s really is a kind of a miracle plant…
