Surya Cleanse Kit

Surya's Detox is a beneficial and healthy cleanse to remove the detritus from your body and prepare it to live revitalized and anew! There is definitely a new spring in my step. My intention is to repeat this cleanse every season. I'll be back for the Fall. In the meantime, there are so many other Surya treatments to experience and enjoy!

Martha has had me do this cleanse many times over the years. It is always a wonderfully gentle way to clear out impurities and reset my body. I am always pleasantly surprised at how simple (and delicious) it is.

This cleanse is my go-to reset whenever I'm feeling off. I do it anytime I'm feeling like I've overindulged or am feeling unbalanced and it always gives me a whole new outlook and gets my body back to feeling light and healthy. It also completely resets my appetite so I'm craving healthy, nourishing foods.

This is the perfect cleanse to do after the holiday season. After I indulge in my holiday treats and goodies, I crave a fresh start! I feel so much better after I complete the 5 days. My energy levels dramatically change and my body thanks me. Also, the mung bean pancakes are to die for!

I have done a couple different cleanses with Martha and have always had great results! Her Dahl is amazing. Even better are her mung bean pancakes! I can never get mine to taste like hers! Every time I have done this cleanse, I feel better. I see a glow to my skin, my digestive issues clear up and I feel like I have more mental clarity.
